LEADERSHIP

Adam is originally from Northeast Tennessee and has served with our congregation since 2011.  He is married to Jennifer and they have five children: Cody, Rachel, Collin, Rylee, and Sophia.  Adam is a graduate from Boyce College and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY.  He served churches in Tennessee and Kentucky before moving to Maryland.

Jeremy was called in the summer of 2016 to serve RGBC. He is originally from Kingsport, TN and has served in churches in Kentucky and Tennessee.  Jeremy is a graduate of East Tennessee State University and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jeremy is married to his wife Marsha and they have six children: Mia, Jeremiah, Miriam, Maeden, James and Jonathan.

David Scott Morris grew up in Buffalo, New York.  He and his wife Amy are college sweethearts and moved to St. Mary's County in 1989 where they were employed with the St. Mary's County Public Schools. Presently, Dave is a Special Education Teacher at Captain Walter Francis Duke Elementary School.  He is a dad to three children. Abigail (Giovacchini) is married and resides with her husband, Nick, in Austin, Texas.  Caleb, (San Jose, California) who is married to Olivia, and their youngest, Samuel, who is at home attending College of Southern Maryland. 

Rick spent most of his life in Maryland while having roots in Mississippi. He married Dana during college as both attended Virginia Tech.  Rick has been co-owner of a construction and real estate development company for over 25 years.  He and Dana have two adult sons - Bryce (and wife Brittani, MD), and Cale (and wife Jacqueline, KY).  

Steven Mason is from Detroit, MI. He married his wife Syreeta and they have been blessed with three children - Sophia, Steven Jr, and Simone.  Steven has served as an elder since 2015 and teaches in a variety of contexts.  In the Spring of 2018 Steven graduated from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity. 

John and Christina Keeler first visited Redeeming Grace Baptist Church for Easter service in 2015 and became members shortly after. They have 3 boys - Johnny, Reed and Nathan. John has had the opportunity to serve Redeeming Grace by teaching several equip classes and leading the STEPS ministry.  Christina has worked in the RGBC Children’s ministry and co-leads the ladies STEPS small group. John has a passion for serving those that feel broken and are hurting. He desires to show how the gospel can bring healing and help them grow in Christ. He also enjoys spending time with his family, camping, and flying R/C airplanes.

Karissa is originally from Peoria, Illinois and began attending Redeeming Grace Baptist Church in the summer of 2016 when she moved to the area. Karissa has been serving as Office Administrator for RGBC since July 2017. Karissa graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale with a M.S. in Higher Education Administration and B.S. in Marketing.  She is married to Leighton and they have a son, Oliver, and a daughter, Anna.

Katie Hutchison has been attending Redeeming Grace since the fall of 2016 and has been serving as the Communications Director since August 2021.  Katie is originally from Newport News, Virginia and graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in psychology.  She is married to Curtis and together they have two children, Caroline and Collin.

Amy is originally from Johnstown, Pennsylvania and has been with Redeeming Grace from the time it was launched as a campus from Leonardtown Baptist. Amy is currently a music teacher at Evergreen Elementary School and worked as a choir teacher for twelve years in Calvert County.  Amy graduated from Duquesne University with a B.S. and M.M. in Music Education.  She is married to Dean and has three children: Olivia, Jessica and Timothy.

Marsha has been a member of Redeeming Grace since the summer of 2016.  She is married to Jeremy and they have 6 children: Mia, Jeremiah, Miriam, Maeden, James, and Jonathan.  

Curtis and Katie have been attending Redeeming Grace since the fall of 2016.  Curtis is currently a Lead Test Engineer at Patuxent Naval Air Station and Katie is serving as the Director of Communications for RGBC.  They met in a Christian a'cappella group while both attending the University of Virginia and now have two children, Caroline and Collin, and a dog Bodi.
