PM’s experience in music ministry first began in high school, leading music for his youth group. While in college, he served at church, leading the college ministry and its music team, while also leading worship for weekly Campus Crusade gatherings. After graduating in 2005, he moved to Durham, NC to serve at another church and pursue an MDiv at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. There he led music for the church worship service and assisted the missions and youth ministries. After graduating in 2009, God closed some seemingly-obvious open doors, and opened wide some not-so-obvious doors, to lead him to join the Marine Corps. For the past 15 years, PM has been involved in local churches everywhere he has been stationed, serving in varying capacities according to church needs and as operational tempo allowed. In 2023, God brought PM to Pax River, via the Marine Corps, and to Redeeming Grace.
