A Note for a New Ministry Year

This Sunday will kick off our new ministry year and provide us with many opportunities to invest in relationships with one another. One of the most healthy things we can do in our Christian walk is to intentionally grow together with other believers. The local church is the God-ordained place for these relationships to flourish. Whether it is serving together on Sunday or meeting during the week, I encourage you to place a high priority on being present: present to both be encouraged and encourage others in their walks.
From Home Groups, to Equip classes, to Children's Ministry work, to Youth, and of course our Sunday corporate gatherings, we want to give ourselves over to being shaped by God’s word. I’m excited to see how the Lord will continue to shape us as a congregation as we begin our study through the book of Galatians this Sunday.
Let us commit to be present and to be shaped by Scripture as we approach this new ministry year!
