DNOW24 Recap

DNow 2024 was an exciting weekend for our youth, filled with fun, fellowship, worship, and Bible study. With the theme being  “Stranger Lands,” our guest speaker focused our attention on why as Christians we often feel like we don’t belong or fit in with the rest of the world. We gained a greater understanding of how to use the spiritual armor God provides for us to stand firm in our faith, and to lean on our church and Christian community as we do life together. We stayed busy competing in the tribal games, making short films, eating lots of pizza, and singing along with the incredible praise and worship band. The evenings were a time of engaging small group discussions, and of course staying up late and eating lots of snacks. We finished off the weekend with fellowship, a delicious breakfast, and a recap of everyone’s most memorable moments. What a blessing to be a part of this experience and to see the Holy Spirit moving in the lives of our youth!
