Happy 10 Years to Pastor Jeremy!

For the past 10 years, we have been deeply blessed and grateful to have Jeremy faithfully serve as our Associate Pastor, quietly and consistently giving himself to the work of ministry, often in ways that happen behind the scenes and may go unnoticed. 

He has served faithfully on missions trips, provided Biblical counseling to many members, preached God’s Word, and poured countless hours into spearheading our home group ministry by creating weekly discussion questions and providing encouragement and support to our home group leaders. Jeremy has also faithfully led our discipleship ministries and Equip classes, helping people grow deeper in their faith and knowledge of Christ. Most recently, he has seamlessly stepped into the role of interim pastor, faithfully preaching, shepherding our congregation, and tending to the many workings and needs of the church with humility and grace. 

Beyond his ministry, we are thankful for the example he sets as a devoted husband and father, faithfully loving and leading his family.  Jeremy is an example of a Godly man and friend to the other Elders at RGBC. He is a brother who loves golfing, cutting wood for his wood stove at home, and someone who is know for his hearty laugh and sense of humor. 

We praise God for Jeremy’s 10 years of faithful service and for the countless ways he has strengthened, encouraged, and blessed our church family.  We look forward to celebrating Pastor Jeremy this Sunday after the worship service!  Please join us for cupcakes and fellowship in the foyer.
