Dear Redeeming Grace,

I want to thank you for the outpouring of support and love towards me and my family as we begin a new chapter in ministry.   Your kind words and generous gifts have been of great encouragement to us.  It has been a true honor and privilege to serve as your pastor for the past 14+ years.  Making this transition has been bittersweet.  The sting of stepping away from leading a church I truly love has been hard but I am excited about this next chapter.  I’ve always had a heart for the nations and I’m eager to serve in a way that serves pastors all over the world.  Thanks for your prayers as we make this transition and please know I will be praying for our church and our elders as we walk through the process to call our next pastor.  Thank you for allowing me to serve you these past 14+years.  I couldn’t be more thankful for you and eager to see how the Lord leads us in this next season of ministry.
